UX Audit Overview
Ahead of Penfold's multichannel media campaign, we were tasked with improving its onboarding journey. Working along sideLead Product Manager and an outside UX consultancy who provided an extensive audit of the whole signing-up process, right through to transferring and topping-up a pension.
Solution
Based on the suggestions from Built for Mars, me and the Head of Product began to brainstorm ideas and solutions. This process involved reviewing the order of information presented in the flow, decluttering the copy and refreshing the UI the give key information more prominence
