Investor View
The deal pages act as the legal offering documents for private placements.I started by breaking down sections you would find in most offering documents into separate pages, which the potential investors would find most relevant.
Deal Structure (Issuer View)
Before working on the deal pages, the issuer must create the deal structure. The deal structure forms the basis of the deal pages and it includes information such as Deal Type, Deal/Class Currency, No of Shares for Issuance, and Overfunding Cap all from one simple modal. The issuer can save and edit these preferences before the deal is published.

Issuer Deal List Creation & Management
Creating deal lists for private placements can be a hassle. Especially when you consider audience variables.
Because of this I created a tab in the modal which allows the issuer to set audience preferences in one simple form.
The preferences are then set on the investor side, for example if an issuer wants the offering to only be shown to investors in France, then the deal tile wont be visible to users outside France.
Deal Page Management
The issuer can edit a template or create their own deal page from scratch. The published deal pages are what the investor sees on the capital-raising platform.
These pages are in the form of a template and are the starting points for the issuer to edit. The issuer can edit page names, media content, team members and other relevant company information. Once the issuer has finished editing they then publish the deal and invite users from a preset deal list which we saw above.

Editing Deal Content
To ensure that issuers had full confidence in the format of the deal pages and content, I created a flow for the issuer to edit the content in "live preview" mode so they could make changes on a more granular level and view the offering from an investor's POV in two clicks.
